It has been a manic few days/weeks trying to finish a lot of jobs round the house. The efforts have paid of as I have only two more rooms left to do. Well one is a room, the bathroom, the other is the front of the house, front door, fencing, planting etc…It has been highly neglected whilst we were concentrating on getting the inside done. No doubt about the colour, it will be black, just look how beautiful it looks next to the trees in the picture above. The inspiration came from those Icelandic black timber houses, such a statement! But I have also been inspired by the newly painted home of Blogger Victoria Smith.Take a look, is black your colour?
