Today in New York is a week long pop-up on Canal St. that offers a new kind of souvenir for New York City – a memento that is as specific and unique as everyone’s NYC experience. Today in New York is a prompt: our attempt at offering tourists a way to create a commemorative totem of not just New York, but their relationship to it.

Rustico is a brand new free font from Hustle Supply Co. It is an all-caps typeface that is bold and features authentic brush texture and an italicized stance. This font is a great way to make a statement in your apparel, branding, marketing and web design, among many other uses. Free for personal & commercial use

Poster design for a fictional band. This project is an exercise introduced by TRIBORO during Typography Workshop at MICA. I designed 2 posters for a fictional music band called The Vovers. The Vovers’ music is based on remixing foreign language movie voiceovers.

A restaurant on Bornholm, Danmark. Located in a 19th century building, they wanted a logo that represented that feel and time.

Also additional alternatives, layouts, and stamp. The Griffin is a take on Bornholm’s Coat of arms.

‘The Sneaker Culture’ is a self initiated project, born for my love of sneakers and type.

Exploring the possibilities to create lettering for a book or window signage.

Coven is a bold & sharp display typeface. It comes in both filled & outline styles. Some letters of the outlined version such as A and E are slightly different to fit the outline format better. The letter “S” also has an alternate version that can be toggled with caps lock. The font includes uppercase multilingual letters, numbers and punctuation.

Njord is a display typeface that features a unique alternate style. The typeface includes uppercase multilingual letters, numbers and punctuation. I’ve found the font to be great for logos, titles and I enjoy using it with really wide spacing.
