FRENZ! is the concept for a 2 Punk Festival. The festival’s intention is to gather the most prominent performers in the current punk scene. The naming was inspired by the outrageous music from the experimental post-punk band THE FALL’s album “The Frenz Experiment” because it embodies a true sense of union and camaraderie through experimentation and alternatives forms of art. The design aims to be a modern approach of what punk cliches suggest to be “punk”. Modern Fonts and vibrant imagery and mostly, readable text 😉

Art direction based on the new theme : Sharing.

The hands are the best representation of « sharing », give and receive. Help, support, affection, etc.

The word « Partage » (French translation of sharing) binds both hands as it does in life. It’s when people share things that they are really connected.

Thanks to Showpo, festival season has never looked this good from fishnets, crop tops, all the glitter, and even a bedazzled fanny pack.

A collaborative project for the Adobe XD team exploring the subject of solitary and collective creativity. Created during my internship at Athletics, as part of a team of 7 designers, I helped create typographic ‘signatures’ for the 150 attendees to Adobe XD Week 2014. Athletics developed 10 thematic graphic systems, including the 2 shown below, which I designed. Each final signature took the form of an 18″ by 24″ poster printed and distributed at the event. Designed under the direction of Matt Owens and Jason Gnewikow of Athletics, alongside designers Landry Miller, Cassidy Van Dyk, Allison Connell and fellow intern Marianna Fierro.
