How to create a new house for twelve independent families that share the same property and different services? This project explores the definitions of the private domestic space included within a collective structure. In a rectangular 400 square meter building, the block is developed in three levels plus a half level underground plant, intended for parking, service areas and warehouses. Each level is made up of four departments, with variations on each floor, depending on changes in their heights and small adjustments that correspond to the different views and balconies that each room has. The roof houses four different terraces, specific for each of the duplex houses on the top floor.
