ALICE Junichi | ALX (ARCHITECT LABEL Xain) | Ikedayama House

A three-story iron-framed house built in a site of 25 tsubo, located in a quiet residential area in the city center. I aimed for a living with a spreading feeling contrary to the size of the site. We created an open courtyard full of light and wind in the maximum short-shape volume permitted by the law, all elements were cubically arranged around it and covered with a transparent surface layer. As we built up the inner world with as many desirable external environments as possible, it is a residential house like a villa in a city where various scenes are created three-dimensionally and spend a year.
